About Parisa Caviani

Parisa is a transformation and leadership advisor with a career that bridges business, technology, and film. She has led initiatives spanning early-stage ventures, global enterprises, and nonprofit organizations, helping them navigate complex change, drive cultural alignment, and deliver measurable impact.
As a film executive and producer, Parisa has successfully secured financing for international productions and helped develop original content reaching over 80 million viewers across global television and streaming platforms. She was the founder of Avva Picures, a funding and development company with worldwide releases. Her experience in film development gives her a unique lens on leadership, collaboration, and the power of vision-driven execution.

Parisa's proprietary BLEND™ methodology and Pattern Literacy™ integrates behavioral science, agile program design, and organizational strategy, helping leaders and teams translate vision into scalable results with precision and purpose.
Prior to her independent advisory work, Parisa led transformation and program management initiatives at Meta, Amazon, Gilead Sciences, Formula1, Warner Bros and other innovation-driven companies delivering complex, cross-functional programs across AI, and global operations.​
A graduate of Santa Clara University, she holds advanced degree in Organizational Effectiveness, and Change Management. She is a Six Sigma Black Belt SSBB, Discipline Agile DASSM, focusing on Business Transformation.
