About Parisa Caviani
Parisa Caviani is a transformation and leadership advisor, author, and film executive whose work bridges business, technology, and storytelling. She is the author of MYOPIA: Leadership Beyond a Single Lens, a book that examines why organizations fail to see what is most obvious during moments of change, and how leaders can develop the clarity required to act with courage, precision, and truth.
Across her career, Parisa has advised early-stage ventures, global enterprises, and nonprofit organizations on navigating complexity, aligning culture, and translating vision into measurable impact. Her work focuses on the human patterns beneath strategy, where resistance forms, decisions stall, and transformation either succeeds or quietly fails.
As a film executive, she has secured financing for international productions and helped develop original content reaching more than 80 million viewers across global television and streaming platforms. She was the founder of Avva Pictures, a funding and development company with worldwide releases. Her experience in film informs her leadership philosophy, particularly around collaboration, narrative coherence, and vision-driven execution.
Parisa is the creator of the BLEND™ methodology and Pattern Literacy™, proprietary frameworks that integrate behavioral science, organizational strategy, and agile program design. These frameworks help leaders recognize hidden dynamics, surface truth, and move from intent to sustained results.
Previously, Parisa led large-scale transformation and program management initiatives at Meta, Amazon, Gilead Sciences, Formula 1, Warner Bros., and other innovation-driven organizations, delivering complex, cross-functional programs across AI, technology, and global operations.
She is a graduate of Santa Clara University and holds advanced degrees in Organizational Effectiveness and Change Management. She is a Six Sigma Black Belt and a Discipline Agile Senior Scrum Master, with a focus on enterprise and business transformation.

Parisa believes that pattern thinking brings a different kind of intelligence to transformation. It is the ability to observe what is emerging, read underlying dynamics, and adjust in real time rather than forcing a fixed plan. She deeply respects storytelling and storytellers, recognizing their power to make sense of complexity and move people through meaning rather than instruction. As she learns to navigate the sea, she sees the same principle at work: awareness, responsiveness to shifting conditions, and moving forward with intention. For her, transformation is not just strategy, it is about recognizing patterns, honoring story, timing decisions, and guiding people through change with clarity and purpose.
