Mark has served in many roles over the arc of a 40+ year career – Executive, Advisor, Coach, Founder, Dealmaker, CEO, Consultant, and Engineer. The common theme is bringing a passion and desire to change the status quo with new ideas and helping leaders and teams achieve more than they thought possible.  In particular, he has spent most of his career helping lead or advise high growth, technology-based leadership teams and firms in scaling as start-ups, public enterprises or PE backed firms with particular expertise in software/SaaS, AI, supply chain, professional and financial services, M&A and alliances/partnerships.

His career highlights include playing a key role on the leadership team of SaaS/AI platform company Intapp as it grew its valuation over 5x in 5 years and managed the transition from privately held to publicly traded in a successful IPO.  Additionally, he founded leading SaaS supply chain software firm e2open, led strategy and the largest BU for Solectron as it scaled from $1.5b to >$15bn in the late 90’s and subsequently managed a portfolio of >$1.5bn of early to mid-stage investments in his leadership role for the $25bn global manufacture, Flex.  He also had a distinguished career in consulting, serving as a partner at PRTM, PwC and Kearney where he applied his expertise in AI, SaaS, Strategy and M&A with PE, large corporations and emerging enterprise clients.  He has personally supported and led over 100 M&A transactions.

Mark has served on the boards of numerous companies and currently is focused on advising early stage and private held enterprises as a consultant, advisor and board member.
